Itinerary: Caribbean, Bahamas, US East coast based, Europe - TBD
License Required: Charter experience - culinary certificate and strong restaurant experience.
Requirements: Food safety & hygiene certificate, charter experience
STCW+ Refresher as needed
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
Security Awareness
Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
Cleanliness, organized, excellent provisioning.
Beautiful and creative plating, a varied and exciting menu.
Friendly personality, easily gets along with crew, enjoys cooking for the crew as well.
VISA: B1/B2 visa (min. 1 year), Schengen if needed. Valid passport (min. 1 year).
Responsibilities: Sole Chef position. Possible rotation.
Full charge of galley duties. Owners are looking for a high-end executive Chef. Charter presentation and quality, safe food handling, organization, clean galley practices, happy to cook healthy meals for crew. Responsible provisioning. Level headed and DRAMA free - Happy disposition.

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience.
