A brand-new 40m charter yacht (2025 build) is seeking an experienced Captain & Chief Stewardess couple to join the team ahead of her launch and first season.
The yacht will operate a dual-season itinerary, cruising the Mediterranean in summer and the Caribbean in winter, running a busy yet professionally managed charter program with an emphasis on luxury service, seamless operations, and a cohesive crew environment.
Position: Captain & Chief Stewardess (Couple)
Vessel: 40m 2025 build – private & charter use
Itinerary: Dual season – Mediterranean / Caribbean
Start Date: November 2025
Salary: DOE (competitive package for the right couple)
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Captain/Chief Stewardess team on similar-sized charter yachts (35m–45m).
- Strong charter background with excellent guest references.
- Leadership qualities, excellent communication, and crew management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and relevant certifications (Master 500 preferred for Captain).
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
