Summary
Position: Captain – 75 ft Private Motor Yacht (South Florida Based)
We’re working with experienced and long-time yacht owners who are taking delivery of a 75 ft private yacht in two weeks. They’re seeking a hands-on Captain based locally in South Florida to oversee and operate the vessel.
About the Yacht & Program:
- Flag: United States
- Cruising Areas: Primarily South Florida & The Bahamas
- Usage: Approximately 1 week per month (private use only)
- First Trip: Mid-November
- Engines: Caterpillar
Requirements:
- Minimum USCG 100 Ton license
- Must be South Florida-based
- Hands-on and proactive approach; comfortable managing all aspects of vessel operations
- Strong maintenance and mechanical awareness (Caterpillar experience a plus)
- Professional, organized, and able to run a clean, well-maintained program
- Able to operate independently (additional crew such as a stew/cook/mate will be brought on for trips with guests)
Compensation:
