We are seeking a professional Mate to join a 38m private/charter motor yacht based in West Palm Beach, with regular charter trips to the Bahamas.
Requirements

- ECDIS (Transas type-specific)

Role Overview
This is a hands-on leadership position for an energetic officer eager to grow within a professional, active program. You'll be a deck team of two (Mate + Deckhand). 70 Deck: 30 Deck
We are open to strong Bosuns who are ready to step up into their first Mate role. If you’re motivated, confident in your deck leadership, and keen to grow into bridge responsibilities, this could be the perfect opportunity.
