Lead Deckhand for a wonderful 80m Private Sailing Yacht
Previous sailing expereince would be highly desirable
The vessel will be heading into a winter yard period in Europe, resuming dual season operations thereafter
Amazing family, who really do look after the crew
Candidate must have strong yachting expereince - at least 3 years with good longevity
Room for progression onboard, with internal promotions being favoured

Open to male and female applicants
Start Date: Ideally as soon as possible
Salary: DOE, industry standard
Leave: 60 days, 2x return flights
