Salary: $45 per hour
Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 12 hours a day, Thursday, Friday and Monday from 2 pm to 7 pm

Job Description
A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nanny to provide exceptional care for their two boys. The household is fully child-focused, ensuring a nurturing and structured environment that supports the children’s development and well-being. The role includes traveling with the family to their other properties.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment tailored to the children's developmental needs.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and creative activities.
- Support the children's emotional and social development through positive reinforcement and guidance.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
- Manage morning and bedtime routines, ensuring consistency and structure.
- Accompany the children to school, extracurricular activities, and playdates.
- Maintain a tidy and organized environment in all areas related to the children.
- Travel with the family to their other properties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents and other household staff to ensure continuity of care.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience, preferably in a rota or high-profile household.
- Childcare qualifications and/or relevant experience are required.
- A strong understanding of child development milestones and best childcare practices.
- A proactive, responsible, and flexible approach with a focus on the children's needs.
- Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team and maintain professional discretion.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Must be based in Miami or nearby (no relocation assistance provided).
- Confident driver.
