We are currently looking for an experienced and confident OOW / First Officer to join a 45m+ sailing schooner. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong sailing background who’s ready to step up into a leadership position, with the opportunity to take charge as Relief Captain during passages, deliveries, and off-charter periods. The yacht has a global itinerary ahead, including a Northwest Passage transit and onward travel to Japan. The Captain will remain onboard for charters and owner trips but is stepping back from full-time duties. This is a great opportunity for a capable sailor looking for progression on a world-traveling vessel. Open to all nationalities. Candidates must have extensive sailing experience with no recent motor yacht experience. Preferred start date is before the 5th of November, but the position will remain open until the right candidate is found.
