Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Mate to join a 45m private Motor Yacht currently based in Cyprus.
This is a permanent position offering stability and the opportunity to work with an excellent crew and Owner.
The yacht will spend the winter in Cyprus, where it is rarely used during the off-season.
Requirements:
- Minimum OOW 3000GT CoC
- Solid experience as Chief Mate or strong Second stepping up
- Excellent deck management and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of ISM, safety procedures, and navigation
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and all standard certification
- Candidates holding a valid MCA Approved Engine Course (AEC 1 & 2) Certificate will be considered with priority

- Contract: Permanent
- Start Date: ~15 October 2025
- Cruising Areas: Mediterranean (summer) / Cyprus (winter)
