Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Mate for a busy 45+m charter yacht
Requirements
· OOW 00
· At least 1 year of experience as a Chief Officer on a similar-sized vessel.
· Charter experience essential
· Proficient in managing guest experience and working closely with other departments like interior, deck, and engineering.
· Competent in bridge management, passage planning, and chart work, along with strong watchkeeping abilities.
· Ability to lead deck crew and ensure smooth onboard operations.
· Experience providing training on safety protocols, navigation skills, and overall professional development.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with crew, guests, and third-party services.
Start date: End of October
Location: France
Salary: EUR 4500
Leave: 2:2 rotation
