Seeking an experienced Captain/Engineer & Chef/Stew team.
Start March 2026, Italy/Croatia
These are permanent roles with a dual season itinerary aboard a predominantly private sailing yacht, with a select few commercial charters throughout the seasons.
The Team
You will be a professional team couple who can evidence years of successfully working together, navigating the myriad of challenges that only living and working aboard presents. A seasoned team with strong technical competence in your respective areas of expertise and a proven ability to cross pollinate in support of each other, as needed.
A super comfortable, double-berth crew cabin has been designed to attract a team to commit long term to the yacht and its owners (a strong family of sailors / not live aboard).
