Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Stewardess to join a dynamic and professional interior team, providing exceptional service to the principal and guests across both a high-end private residence in Dubai and a 100m+ private yacht. This role is ideal for a junior candidate with a strong foundation in hospitality who is eager to grow within the yachting industry. A polished, discreet, and proactive approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities
•
Support daily service operations including meal service, drink preparation, turndown, and guest
readiness
Assist with formal and informal table settings, including event setup and breakdown
•
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of interior and guest areas to impeccable standards
•
Work closely with the senior service team and follow detailed instructions with consistency
•
Display a professional and welcoming attitude at all times
•
Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and a high level of personal presentation
Qualifications & Attributes
•
Min. 2 years of experience in yachting +80m and luxury hospitality, or private service preferred
•
Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
•
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
•
Knowledge of silver service and fine dining is an advantage
•
Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
•
Fluent in English (accent-neutral); additional languages a plus
•
Must hold or be eligible for a Schengen visa and willing to travel extensively
