Position: First Mate

• Yacht: 37m Motor Yacht (289 GT)
• Flag: Jamaican
• Program: 10 weeks private / 10 weeks charter (busy schedule)
• Location: Fort Lauderdale based, with time in the Bahamas and Caribbean

Requirements:

• Must have a valid B1/B2 visa or be legally able to work in the U.S.
• Confident taking charge of the vessel when the Captain is away
• Will receive drive time at the helm
• Comfortable operating water toys and driving a 33' tender

Pay: DOE

Contract: Standard MLC

Start Date: ASAP

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
