Summary
Position: Captain – 33m Charter Yacht (Monaco Based)
We are seeking an experienced Captain for a 33m busy charter yacht based in Monaco. The yacht runs a year-round program, with a strong charter season in the Med and off-season owner use in Monaco for hosting dinners and meetings (no cruising).

- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary: From €7,500/month, DOE
- Contract: Full-time, year-round
Requirements:
- Minimum Master 500GT ticket (or equivalent)
- Proven charter experience and guest service focus
- Strong leadership and management skills – able to run a professional crew of 6
- EU passport or valid Schengen visa
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
- Preference given to candidates already based in the South of France or Northern Italy

A hands-on Captain with solid charter experience, strong local knowledge, and the ability to deliver an outstanding guest and owner experience. Professional, organized, and commercially minded, with excellent crew and client management skills.
