We are looking for a Sole Chef with previous yachting experience as well as fine dining. You must have a good eye for cleanliness and also be very good at provisioning and sticking to a budget! The yacht will be based in St. Kitts and cruise the Caribbean. You will be able to produce a high standard of varied cuisine, with a very high level of presentation and flavour for the 4 crew and up to 10 guests. There is a one-week charter booked for the end of October so you must be ready to go. Food photos and good verifiable references will be required.
