Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Captain to take command of a 60m new build motor yacht (Cayman Island flag, approx. 900GT) scheduled for delivery in March/April 2026. The position will officially start in late October/early November 2025 to oversee final stages and preparations ahead of delivery.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as Captain on vessels of similar size and tonnage (50m+).
- Strong track record with Middle Eastern ownership and clientele, fully understanding cultural sensitivities and service expectations.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor at all times.
- Discreet and respectful approach: reserved profile is essential (no social media, no onboard photos).
- Strict compliance with vessel policy: zero alcohol on board.
- Ability to recruit, train and motivate a crew of 13 to deliver the highest standards of service.
- Strong leadership, administrative, and technical management skills.
- Solid knowledge of ISM/ISPS, flag/class regulations, and international maritime law.
- Previous new build or delivery experience considered a strong advantage.
