Sole Engineer in United States

Summary

We are looking for a Sole Engineer for a 45m+ Private M/Y.

-Can be a Permanent or Rotational (10:10) position. Start date TBD.

-Itinerary: USA and Caribbean.

-Candidates need to have a minimum of Y4 in hand.

-Experience as a sole engineer is preferable.

-You will need to be a hands on engineer that is confident with both mechanical and electrical.

-Experience with Caterpillar Engines is advantageous.

-Total of 7 mixed nationality crew onboard.

-Should be fluent in English.

-Non smoking vessel.

Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y4 Chief Engineer (<200gt <1500kW)/ EOOW III/1 (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
