Summary
We are seeking a Chef to join a newly delivered 55 metre private registered motor yacht currently based in the South of France. The Owners are looking for a chef who is passionate about food ; they enjoy healthy Mediterranean dishes as well as Asian-fusion styles. Previous experience as a Head Chef with a minimum of 4 years in the industry, longevity within these roles is important. You should be familiar with working alone in the galley.
You will have creative menu planning along with exceptional presentation skills, with an established understanding of managing the Galley. This is a great opportunity for a team player. Applicants will be required to present a food portfolio.
The package on offer is Euro 8,500 per month with 90 days leave. Applicants should be available for a mid-October start.
