Summary

We are seeking a Deckhand for a permanent position aboard a 38m motor yacht based in the United States, primarily operating on the East coast and Bahamas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for standard deck duties along with substantial tender driving, including operating a 37 ft center console and a 17 ft jet tender.

Candidates should possess at least one season experience or come from a boating background, B1/B2, STCW, and Powerboat Level 2.

Experience with larger tenders is an advantage. The role offers 38 days of paid leave, a return flight home, and a 13th check, with opportunities for downtime following each season, we total around seven weeks charter annually.
