Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Dive Instructor/ deckhand for a 100m+ yacht
We are seeking an experienced and hands on dive instructor who is confident in running dive and snorkelling operations, with safety as a priority. The candidate will also carry out deckhand duties when required.

Requirements
- PADI Diver Instructors Certification (MUST)
- PBL2 essential
- Min 1 year experience as a dive instructor
- Min 1 year in yachting (large vessel experience preferred)
- Must be good with kids & energetic
- Confident with all deck operations
- Female only due to cabin arrangements
Preferred
· Yachtmaster offshore
· PWC instructor
· Experience in the Maldives
Start date: December 2025
Location: Maldives
Salary: DOE
Leave: 3:3 rotation
