Summary

We are seeking an experienced Second Officer for a Private/Charter polar & tropical operating expedition vessel with a worldwide itinerary.

Successful candidate would be joining an established, dynamic multinational Crew.

Ideally OOW(U) but experienced 3000GT licence holders welcome to apply.

Basic Polar Code required, experience in Ice/Polar Waters desirable. HLO experience & tender driving ability also advantageous

This position requires being an active part of the deck crew and is not solely a bridge role.

Salary to be discussed at interview, 10 week rotation.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
  • ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
  • MCA CoC Officer of the Watch <3000gt
RYA Qualifications
  • RYA Powerboat Level 2
