Summary
Seeking a Stew/Masseuse to join a 40m M/Y Private/Charter. The vessel runs an active private/charter program (approx. 80:20 charter to private use), and the crew enjoys a dynamic and social environment, exercising, exploring, and spending time together. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate with proven charter experience who thrives in both service and wellness.
The ideal candidate will have an upbeat, bubbly personality, excellent housekeeping and laundry skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and be highly experienced in a variety of massage techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Compensation Package: Salary: $3,700 per month / Leave: 41 days per year
Skills & Attributes Required
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Stewardess/Masseuse on 40m+ M/Y
- Proven charter experience and longevity with prior program(s)
- Highly skilled in a variety of massage techniques, including; Swedish, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Sports, Reflexology, Aromatherapy
- Strong housekeeping and laundry skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Service experience (shared rotation with 2nd Stew: housekeeping for 1–2 trips, then service for 1–2 trips)
- Professional presentation, organized, adaptable, and team-oriented
Qualifications Required
- STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
- Food & Hygiene Level 2
- Recognized Massage and Beauty certifications (aesthetic training a bonus, but not required)
- Valid Seafarers Medical Certificate
- Valid B1/B2 Visa
Non-smoker, no offensive tattoos
