50+ meters sailing yacht is looking for a strong first mate , the vessel is single season base between France and Italy during the winter .
The idea candidate must be an energetic sailor and confident handling big winches , team player , confident of running a big sail boat deck efficiently .
We preferred someone who has previous experience as first mate however we will consider a strong bosun looking to step up .
Must have at least a yacht-master offshore and working toward his OOW , male preferred due to cabinet arrangement .
Salary between 6000 to 6500 euros depending of experience plus extra 1 paycheck after year onboard . Training package available for the right candidate .
