Summary
A world cruising 44m Private Motor Yacht is looking for an adventurous Deck/Dive Master to join their crew of 8. The vessel will be cruising the Bahamas and the Caribbean this season, with plans for a world cruising itinerary early next year.

Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications: STCW, Seafarers medical, Yachtmaster Offshore or equivalent, Dive Master
Itinerary: 2025: - USA - Bahamas - Caribbean - 2026 Med: - South Pacific
Salary: $USD $4,000 - $5,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time/ Live aboard - 42 days leave + 13 month bonus incentive
Requirements:
B1/B2 Visa
Yachtmaster or equivalent
Dive Master
1+ years industry experience
Exceptional customer service
Strong tender driving experience
Maintenance and repairs, painting and/or carpentry skills highly regarded
Navigation and watch keeping experience
Fishing and Diving experience a bonus
Prior experience on a vessel of similar size
Outstanding references validating previous experience
