Summary
Sole Chef - Private 40m M/Y (SB-4487)
Rotational role to join a tight knit and active crew on a single season yacht with guest usage year round. An unusual rotation during where you would be not be on board for the summer guest trips but instead for the winter months, and shared spring and autumn leave. Guest usuage throughout the year so you will also have guest chef operations during the winter as well as crew chef duties.

Experience and attributes required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a chef with ideally Michelin Star background, as well as yachting experience.
- Guest expectations are very high, and they want to have beautifully presented fine dining meals with many courses.
- Cooking for between 10-12 guests, and 8 crew.
Qualifications Required:
- STCW
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with min 6 months’ validity)
- Seafarer's discharge book
- Food Hygiene Level 3
