Job description:
We are looking for a deckhand to join a 75m+ private yacht. The ideal candidate is someone with at least 2-3 years of experience on similar-sized yachts, demonstrating a solid understanding of deck procedures, deck maintenance, and product knowledge. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial. We are looking for a friendly and easy-going personality.
Verifiable references, good verbal and written command of the English language.
Salary: USD$4300 pm
Leave: 90 days per year as close to 3:1 as possible
Package: Training budget after 6 months of longevity on board.
