Duration: 2 months - our current Chef has had to go on leave, this position is to cover him until mid December. End of contract date depends on our arrival date in the Caribbean, it will be between 12th-15th December.
Looking for a 3rd chef to complete our team of 3. Will be joining during an owner trip in Greece. No more than 6 guests at any one time, mostly 2-4, lovely guests, healthy Mediterranean/French cuisine. Trip ends in 3-4weeks, then yard, then crossing to the Caribbean. Looking for someone who is a self-starter and creative. Will be working alongside the other Chef's on guest food, will also be covering crew food with Sous Chef. Big galley, scullery, lots of storage space. Great crew and service team.
*Must have Seamans Discharge book, updated STCW/ENG1 etc.
