Summary
We are currently seeking a Deckhand with at least one season's experience to join a well-known charter motor yacht based in Marina Port Fòrum, Barcelona. This seasonal position runs from 1 October 2025 to 30 April 2026 and includes approximately two months in shipyard.
The role involves general deck maintenance and assistance in the engine room. Support during shipyard works is required, with paintwork, varnishing and carpentry experience considered a plus.
Candidates should have a minimum of one season's experience as a deckhand on a motor yacht, practical skills in carpentry and painting, and a dynamic personality with strong self-discipline. We are looking for someone aiming to build a long-term career in yachting rather than just a seasonal role. A positive, hands-on approach and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
This seasonal contract offers the chance to gain valuable yard and maintenance experience within a professional and supportive crew environment. There is also the opportunity to secure a permanent position on board depending on performance during the winter season.

Requirements
• ENG1 medical certificate
• Yachtmaster certificate or any deck rating is a plus
