Summary
We are seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a 47m motor yacht currently in Fort Lauderdale. This is a private program with fantastic owners and crew.

About the vessel:

- Crew: 9 crew onboard (interior: Chief, 2nd Stew, Deck Stew)
Itinerary:
- Late 2025: Depart Fort Lauderdale → Panama → Peru/South America → Costa Rica
- Spring 2026: Return to Florida
- Summer 2026: Northwest USA & Canada
Program:
This is a friends/family use program with lovely owners who enjoy shore-side excursions, beach set ups, and cruising off the beaten path. They enjoy both silver service or family style dining and fun/creative table settings.
Useage: Owners (a mature couple, no children) and friends that they bring onboard. The boat sleeps up to 8 guests.
The owners are currently building another 50m vessel to be delivered in 2027.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be hands-on and willing to be hands-on in all interior departments. Someone who is mature, has proven leadership skills, confident in front of guests and who really supports their team with a positive attitude. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
- 5 years of experience on vessels of similar size or larger
- Proven leadership skills
- Upbeat, positive personality with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable with silver service or family service (charter-level service expectations)
- Ability to lead from the front and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality
- Will be required to assist captain with preparing daily guest itineraries and excursions, frequent beach set ups
- VALID STCW, ENG1, FHL2
- VALID B1B2 Visa OR US passport in-hand

Salary: DOE / negotiable
