Program:
This is an active private friends/family use program with energetic owners who enjoy shore-side excursions, beach set ups, and frequent cruising. Owners are onboard for weeks at a time when using the vessel. They enjoy both silver service or family style dining and fun/creative table settings.
Useage: Owners (a mature couple, no children) and friends that they bring onboard. The boat sleeps up to 8 guests.
The owners are currently building another 50m vessel to be delivered in 2027.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be hands-on and willing to actively assist interior team with all interior duties, Someone who is mature, has proven leadership skills, confident in front of guests and who really supports their team with a positive attitude. - 5 years of experience on vessels of similar size or larger
- Proven leadership skills
- Upbeat, positive personality with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable with silver service or family service (charter-level service expectations)
- Ability to lead from the front and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality
- Will be required to assist captain with preparing daily guest itineraries and excursions, frequent beach set ups
- VALID STCW, ENG1, FHL2
- VALID B1B2 Visa OR US passport in-hand
