Position: Stewardess/Deckhand
We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and enthusiastic Stewardess/Deckhand to join a well-maintained 40m private sailing yacht. This is a dual role, perfect for someone who loves variety and has a genuine passion for sailing and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interior upkeep, guest service, and housekeeping
- Assisting on deck: lines, fenders, sailing maneuvers, washdowns, tender driving.
- Supporting the Captain and crew with general duties and guest activities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in a similar dual role.
- Strong sailing knowledge or enthusiasm to learn quickly.
Requirements:
- STCW
- ENG1
- Sailing experience or strong interest in sailing
- Right to work in Australia/New Zealand a must.
