Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Deckhand to join the crew of a newly commissioned 26-meter motor yacht.


This is a permanent position, with the base of operations in Fort Lauderdale, FL during the winter months and in Sag Harbor/New England from June to November.


The responsibilities for this role include maintaining the vessel, assisting with docking operations, and maintaining a high level of safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate keen attention to detail, maintain a professional demeanor, and possess the ability to work effectively as part of a small team.


Applicants are required to be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders, possess a valid passport and driver’s license, and maintain a clean-cut appearance without visible tattoos. A commitment to a non-smoking and drug-free lifestyle is also a prerequisite for this position.


This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. You must have your own accommodation in Fort Lauderdale and live aboard during voyages and the summer season. A positive attitude and a proactive approach are considered essential for success in this position.
