JUNIOR DECKHAND – 90M+ CHARTER MY
We are looking for a Junior Deckhand to join a 90m+ private/charter motor yacht. The yacht has had a busy Med season with back-to-back charters and is scheduled to cross to the Caribbean in mid-November, where multiple charters are already confirmed.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, career-focused individual looking to join a high-performing program with a full itinerary and strong team environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ideally 6 months of relevant experience (open to less for the right candidate)
- Strong boating knowledge or prior boating background required
- Must possess a valid B1/B2 visa
Package:
- Leave: 3:1 rotation (unstructured)
- Salary: Approx. 3000 Euros
