We are recruiting for a Deck Carpenter 100m+ MY for a busy private programme!
The owners are a welcoming and generous family who use the yacht frequently as a family and Individually - Each trip is a different offering a nice variety of styles
The yacht cruises the Mediterranean, Red Sea and The Indian Ocean, offering plenty of sea miles
You will be joining a diverse, international team including crew. Despite being a large team they maintain a tight-knit, social crew culture.
The Ideal Candidate
- The right candidate will have a strong carpentry background, ideally with an apprenticeship, boatbuilding, or similar trade experience.
- Must be able to take ownership of all carpentry tasks, managing projects independently
- Approximate role split: 70% Deck / 30% Carpentry, but varies depending on projects
- Ideally 6–12 months of yachting experience
- PDSD required (can be obtained before joining)
The Package
- 4:2 rotation
- Salary: €3,750 EUR + DOE
- Discretionary bonus scheme
- Training Support: Courses essential to the boat or your development will be funded
