A newly launched 52m Private/Charter motor yacht is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Deck/Stewardess to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to take on a dual-role position aboard a busy, dual-season vessel operating in both the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

Responsibilities
• Support both the interior and exterior departments to ensure smooth and efficient charter operations.
• Provide exceptional guest service, housekeeping, laundry, and detailing support during trips and guest periods.
• Undertake deck operations including line handling, washdowns, tender operations, watersports setup, and general maintenance.
• Assist the Chief Stewardess and Bosun, alternating between departments depending on the yacht’s operational schedule.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail in all areas of work.
• Assist in provisioning and inventory management for both departments.
• When no owners or guests are onboard, the role is primarily deck-based, focusing on exterior maintenance, upkeep, and readiness for the next trip.

Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar Deck/Stew role on yachts of 40m+ or proven experience in either interior or deck work with a desire to perform both.
• Confident in guest service, line handling, tender driving, and water sports assistance.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Impeccable presentation and a hands-on, proactive attitude.
• Valid STCW, ENG1, and PBL2 (or equivalent tender license).
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
