Summary

Chief Stewardess – 41m Dual-Season Private Yacht

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Chief Stewardess to join our 41m private yacht. This role requires strong skills in administration, management, service, and housekeeping. A high level of guest interaction is central to the position, with responsibility for delivering concierge-style services and ensuring guest needs are anticipated and met at all times. While the service onboard is informal, it is always executed with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail.

We are looking for someone adaptable, proactive, and committed... a candidate who can create a warm yet professional guest experience while fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere among the crew.

About the Yacht & Program

Dual-season program: Summers in the Mediterranean, winters in the Red Sea.

Current status: Having just completed our final Med guest trip, we are now in Athens for a short shipyard period before returning to our home berth in Egypt.

Itinerary:

Summer – Eastern Mediterranean, typically Cyclades, Mykonos, Bodrum, Athens, and the Turkish Riviera.

Winter – Based in El Gouna, Red Sea, operating as a day boat for reef trips, lunch, and swimming.

The owners are Egyptian but very international (educated in the US and UK). They are friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to work for. The yacht is part of a larger fleet and runs with 9 crew in total, including 3 interior team members.

Winter Lifestyle – El Gouna, Red Sea

One of the standout aspects of this role is the winter program. Instead of living onboard, crew are accommodated in modern holiday villas with private en-suite rooms, swimming pools, and access to a wide range of resort amenities, including:

  • Golf courses
  • Tennis courts
  • Diving
  • Boat trips to coral reefs and islands

This setup provides an excellent balance of work and lifestyle, with shorter working days, longer weekends, and generous downtime when guests are not in town.

Crew Culture

Our crew is sociable, friendly, and operates like a family. The Deck and Interior teams are predominantly English, between 19 and 27. The Captain and Engineer are Australian, and our Chef is Indonesian.
