Summary
We are seeking an experienced Yacht Compliance Support Officer to join our team on a short-term, fully remote basis.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong compliance knowledge who is available for a two-month assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with compliance documentation and reporting across the fleet
- Ensure adherence to regulations, codes, and standards
- Assist with audits, inspections, and certification processes
- Provide guidance on MLC, ISM and ISPS-related matters
- Ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions following inspections or audits
- Maintain oversight of vessel certification validity and compliance records
Requirements:
- Proven professional background in yacht compliance, yacht management, or maritime law.
- Familiarity with international and national regulations, audits and certification processes
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote support capacity
- Proficient in written and spoken English
