Summary

1st Mate - Permanent Crew for 94ft Performance Sailing Yacht (S/Y)

Charter & Racing | Dual Season | Professional Crew


We are seeking experienced, professional individuals to join the permanent crew of a 94ft performance sailing yacht. The yacht will operate with dual-season usage and be actively involved in both charter and racing programs. Cruising itinerary between Mediterranean and Caribbean Sea, participating in all of the major races and regattas.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of yachting industry experience
  • Commercially endorsed Yachtmaster qualification
  • Strong engineering skills
  • High-level hospitality and guest service experience
