Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping, 2:2 rotation, to join a prestigious 100m private motor yacht with wonderful owners and a long-standing crew. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-structured programme known for its supportive environment and high standards.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a senior housekeeping role on large yachts, with excellent organisational skills, leadership qualities, and meticulous attention to detail. You should be confident in leading a team, setting and maintaining high service and housekeeping standards, and training junior crew.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Head of Housekeeping (or strong 2nd HK stepping up) on large yachts
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
- Excellent knowledge of laundry, wardrobe management, and housekeeping systems
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail
