Deck/Engineer – Private 28m M/Y
A permanent opportunity for a Deck/Engineer to join a well-maintained 28m private motor yacht. This is a hands-on dual role, ideal for someone with solid engineering knowledge and confident deck skills who enjoys working in a small, close-knit crew. The vessel operates a busy single-season program and is homeported in Spain.
Start date: End September 2025
Itinerary: Mediterranean
Package: Salary paid in Euros, 38 days’ paid leave
Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 1 year’s experience as Deck/Engineer on yachts 20m+
• Good all-round deckhand skills and tender driving experience
• Solid engineering knowledge and proactive problem-solving ability
• Previous refit experience a plus
• Positive, motivated, and professional attitude
• Team player with excellent communication skills
Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (valid)
• PBL2
• AEC 2 (minimum)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
