Overview:
A warm and welcoming Jupiter couple is searching for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper/Laundress with a passion for maintaining a fine home. This role requires an eye for detail, a proactive attitude, an experienced professional with prior knowledge and familiarity with maintaining a large estate, and a genuine commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in housekeeping and laundry but is also a positive, flexible team player with a kind and courteous nature. A love for animals is essential, as the family has two large dogs.

Responsibilities:
Laundress Duties:
-Expertly handle all household laundry and linens, including organizing, washing, pressing, steaming, and occasional mending or alterations.
-Care for delicate fabrics, manage seasonal wardrobe organization, and ensure linens are pressed to perfection.
-Maintain laundry supplies, clean equipment, and arrange for dry cleaning or spot removal as needed.
Housekeeping Duties:
-Perform full-service housekeeping, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting.
-Implement and oversee a detailed cleaning schedule to always keep the home guest ready.
-Assist in organizing spaces like closets, pantry, kitchen, and garage, as well as helping with event preparations.
-Run errands as needed
-Assist with the care of two large dogs, that may include driving to appointments to overnight stays. (feeding, medicines and cooking simple boiled meats, rice/quinoa)
-Ability to help with meal service if required

-Candidate MUST be a dog lover, who is willing to step in to assist with the care of their two large dogs. Previous experience is a PLUS and be open to overnight stays, should the family be traveling.

-Honest, discreet, and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic, even when the client is not in residence.
Skills and Experience:
-Entry - mid-level of previous experience in a fine home, with a high level of attention to detail and organization.
-Expert handling of all household laundry and linens
-Effective communicator, computer literate, and a good listener.
-Experienced in event assistance, including table settings, floral arrangements, serving, and guest reception.
Flexibility and Team Spirit:
-Adaptable and willing to take on new responsibilities as they arise.
-Physically fit to handle the demands of the role and well-groomed.
-Holds a clean driver's license and is fluent in English.
-Non-smoker is a MUST
