We are seeking an experienced and professional Captain to command and oversee safe and efficient vessel operations. The Captain will be responsible for the navigation, crew management, compliance with maritime regulations, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and service onboard.
Key Responsibilities
Safely navigate and operate the vessel in all weather and sea conditions.
Ensure compliance with international, national, and local maritime laws and regulations.
Supervise, train, and manage crew members, fostering teamwork and professionalism.
Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports related to voyages, fuel, and maintenance.
Oversee vessel upkeep, safety drills, and emergency preparedness.
Deliver excellent service to passengers, owners, or clients, depending on the type of operation.
Requirements
Valid Captain’s license (e.g., USCG Master, STCW, or equivalent).
Minimum [X years] experience as Captain or in a senior deck role.
Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, navigation, and safety procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
