Captain – 38m Private M/Y
We are seeking a mature, hands-on, and experienced Captain to take command of a 38m private motor yacht currently based in the Mediterranean. The yacht will be crossing to the Caribbean for the winter season, before returning to explore Northern Europe from April 2026.
The ideal candidate will have confidence and proven experience manoeuvring full displacement vessels, completed previous Atlantic crossings, and posses solid knowledge of Naviop monitoring and control systems. Candidates with a commercial background or demonstrated longevity in similar roles will be strongly preferred.
A Master 500 GT qualification is required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and capable Captain to lead a well-maintained vessel through a varied and exciting cruising itinerary.
Salary: €9,000+ DOE
Leave: 38 Days
