A fantastic seasonal opportunity for a culinary-trained, creative, and well-organised Chef.
Start date: ASAP – End of October
Itinerary: Mediterranean
Package: Salary paid in Euros, 38 days’ paid leave
Experience/Skills required:
- Culinary-trained, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef on motor yachts 25m+
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and positive approach
- Ability to thrive under pressure with excellent time management
- High standards of food presentation and galley hygiene
- Experience with provisioning and working with Mediterranean suppliers
- Flexibility to assist with light deck duties when required
Qualifications required:
- STCW (fully updated) with PSA/PDSD
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (valid)
- Non-smoker
- Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
