ROTATIONAL HOS 120M+ MY
We are currently seeking a highly competent Head of Service for a 120m+ private MY.
Summary:
- Manage a large team of service stewardesses, ensuring high quality of service for the guests at all times.
- Reporting in directly to the Chief Stewardess and Interior Manager.
- Oversee all aspects of service and working closely with the Chief Stewardess to assign daily job lists and monitor task completion, ensuring all service standards are met.
- Provide a range of service styles; silver service, synchronised, plated and more.
- Lead and train; proving to be a motivated and positive leader, confident delegating, organising and running a large team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a senior role (HOS, Chief Stew, 2nd Stew) onboard larger vessels (80m+).
- Proven longevity and commitments within your yachting career.
- Previous experience of managing a large team.
- Exceptional service and wine knowledge.
- Good administrative/computer skills with knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Package:
- Leave: 10:10 (weeks)
- Salary: 6,000 Euros with a 15% pay increase after your first year onboard!
- Start Date: 1st of October
