Summary
We are looking for an experienced Captain to join a 30m+ Classic Private MY.
Our ideal candidate is organized and efficient, good with juggling a lot of things at the same time, a great communicator, with excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on and able to lead and train a fantastic team.
Strong engineering knowledge and administrative skills, experience with steel hulls and a passion for classic yachts are essential.
We need a hardworking and enthusiastic candidate, willing to roll up his sleeves to get the jobs done and someone who enjoys creating great experiences for the owner and his guests. Experience with shipyards and refits are a must.
The yacht is a single season; private Med based MY.
Season runs from end of April until October.
The departing captain has been with the owner for 10 years, so proven longevity and loyalty is important for this owner.

Required Documents/Certificates: Master 500, STCW, ENG1,
Requirements for application: Min 2 years' experience as a Captain on the similar size yacht, great communicating skills, great administrative skills, great verifiable references, proven longevity, loyal and trustworthy, no insurance claims, great experience with managing refits and shipyard periods.
