Chief Stewardess - 40m new build M/Y Private and Charter
We are seeking a kind, grounded, and hardworking Chief Stewardess to join a 40m new build yacht, currently in the Netherlands. The yacht will launch later this year and begin a busy dual-season program, with a December charter in St Barths and Sint Maarten, before heading to Palm Beach (March/April) then cruising the U.S. East Coast for summer (New York). The program plans to head to the Mediterranean in 2027.
This role would suit an experienced Chief Stew or a strong 2nd Stew ready to step up and make their mark. The Owner values genuinely kind, honest, and down-to-earth crew, no drama, no social media distractions, just professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be a strong all-rounder with excellent service skills, as the vessel will charter actively. The Owner will begin using the yacht early next year, so good wine and cocktail knowledge is a must.
Start Date: Within 10 days
Itinerary: Joining in Netherlands, Med delivery, followed by… Caribbean (Dec 2025) → Palm Beach (Mar/Apr 2026) → U.S. East Coast (Summer 2026) → Med Season 2027
Considerations: Couples considered (with a CE or First Mate)
Salary: $6,750 – $8,500 DOE
Leave: 38 days during probationary period; after 90 days, package renegotiated to 45–60 days leave
