Captain in Italy

Summary

MYyachtcrew is looking for a CAPTAIN to join a DUAL SEASON 23m COMMERCIAL SAILING CATAMARAN

Sailing area: Europe/Med/Caribbean

Start date: Ideally ASAP

Owners usage + charters they expect to be busy.

This could be a couples position and will become rotational

Requirements:

-Must have a valid STCW, ENG1 and Visa if needed

-Captain needs his MCA YM Ocean unlimited or better and AEC1 and ample sail experience 

-Must be hands on also on top of engineering issues and maintenance, hard working and a great team player

-5 years + charter experience on similar sized yachts

-Willingness to commit long term

-Great references as they will all get checked

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License
• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Ocean

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Approved Engine Course (AEC 1 & 2) Certificate

RYA Qualifications

• RYA Powerboat Level 2
