TEMPORARY CHEF required for a 24m expedition charter vessel in Port Douglas
- QUALIFICATIONS: STCW and Seafarer Medical
- Proven experience as a chef in luxury yachting, high-end resorts, private estates, or fine dining establishments.
- Ability to plan, prepare, and present diverse menus for guests and crew, accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Strong knowledge of provisioning in remote locations, including effective stock management and waste minimisation.
- Start date: 23rd of September till the 12th of December
- Candidates must be located in Australia
