Summary
Reiya Group is seeking a skilled and hands-on Sole Engineer to join a well-managed 30m+ dual season charter yacht with a crew of six. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a commercial maritime background looking to transition into yachting and expand their engineering career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all engineering operations, maintenance, and repairs onboard
- Manage planned and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Work with shipyard teams during maintenance periods.
- Support deck and interior teams when required in a team-focused environment.
- Maintain safety, environmental, and operational standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Commercial maritime background essential (yachting experience not required).
- Refit/shipyard experience is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and technically competent.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Start Date: September – with a detailed handover from the outgoing engineer.
