Position: Male Lead Deckhand – Private Single-Season Yacht
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Lead Deckhand to join our busy private single-season yacht.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Valid, in-date Yachtmaster Offshore Certificate
- Minimum 1 season’s experience in a similar role
- Strong passion for deck work and yachting
- Excellent work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Good sense of humour and adaptability
Preferred:
- Immediate availability
- Currently based in Europe
